Nicolas Rolland (@nicolasrolland) is director for social prospective at Danone group looking towards the main sociological and economical trends. He leads the enterprise 2.0 project since 2008.
He holds a Ph.D in management science on social network. He started his career in 1998 at France Telecom as a learning manager for executive development and became prospective researcher for the corporate university and then for Rip Curl (Aus.). He joined Skema Business School in 2002 as professor in Strategy before becoming associated researcher at Audencia. In 2007 he joined Danone as Organization Development Group Director where he lead organization design and change management as well as the Networking Attitude initiative.
Elsewhere, he recently joined Grenoble Business School has affiliated professor and researcher of the Institute 2.0.
