Kristell started her career as a marketer at Procter&Gamble in France where she was in charge of numerous innovations and product/category launches. After five years, she decided to leave P&G for a start-up experience, where she caught the internet virus. Joining McKinsey in France, she soon moved to New-York where she spent a few years, advising clients across multiple categories, mostly on marketing and strategy projects. Back to France, she decided to get back to the online world and joined PayPal as marketing director for France and then director in charge of global marketing strategy. She is now marketing director for Google France.
